Hey guys its Tom

Wow, what a year we had.  There were 9 Vet racers who competed for the Alaska State Championship and the AMMC Championship this year and it came down to the final heat of the last race of the season to determine the overall winner.  I was 5 points behind Harry Brunnhoelzl going in to the last race, the Alyeska Extreem SnoX Challenge.  I finished ahead of him in both heats and narrowed his lead to 2 points going into the final.  In the main Harry pulled one out of the hat he has his sled tuned to perfection.  He lined up next to me and I knew then that he wasn't going to give up the points lead without a fight.  When the green flag dropped we left together, it was a good drag race but Harry and his IQ 440 got the holeshot.
