Have you ever removed your shocks only to find the mounting tabs wallered out?  Have you checked the lower mounting point of the front Torque Arm, is your rail wallered out like most peoples?  The Polaris race sleds have a problem that reduces the longevity of all the suspension components on the front and rear of the sleds.  From the Factory these sleds are assembled with quality fasteners through out the suspension and undercarriage unfortunately over time these fasteners ware into the mounting tabs and elongate the mounting hardware.

Here at the Ak Racing Garage we have put together a complete package of fasteners to replace all the major motion control hardware in your sled.  This package includes every upper and lower shock fastener, upper and lower A-Arm fasteners, and Torque Arm fasteners for the rear skid.  Every fastener is sized and labeled to make the replacement quick and easy.

Take a look at some of the pictures below and see how the threads of the stock Factory bolt extend through the mounting tab.  Over time these threads wear into the tab and waller it out.  When the tab becomes elongated the suspension becomes sloppy and will begin to clunk every time the suspension changes directions. 

This package is intended to replace only the fastening hardware of you suspension components and uses all the factory bushings and spacers.  These are Aircraft Quality fasteners and are guaranteed to be far superior in quality than the original.  This kit includes everything needed for one sled but does not replace any unnecessary hardware, some of the factory hardware in the rear suspension is retained because these components work properly.  In many cases you will use the factory flanged lock nut and will not need to replace with an Aircraft nut.  We did all the sizing and fit-up and will not sell you something you do not need.
